History

With over a decade of experience providing legal services in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Therese Adams, Esq. recognized the growing need for professional private fiduciary services.

Even though Therese Adams, Esq. is exempt from licensing as a private fiduciary because she is a licensed attorney, she completed all the private fiduciary licensing requirements. Ms. Adams passed both the national and state exams, demonstrating her commitment to excellence by earning the licensing qualifications for private fiduciaries. At Adams & Associates, we strive for excellence.

To establish a full service private fiduciary firm, a year of preparation was needed. During this time we conducted extensive planning, research, staff recruitment, training, and installed systems and procedures.
